Show buffs that are *not* mine #79

It would be awesome if there was a way to filter buffs that are not mine. For example, I want to see Rejuvenation cast by other druids, so I don't overwrite them unneccessarily.

Or a weakaura type glow/proc glow around a "not mine" buff
