Add a combat status indicator #81

Useful for example in PvP to see who could be Sapped by an enemy Rogue, or has dropped combat and could drink for mana.

Hi @brittyazel , thanks for this awesome addon! I have found it was missing one feature that I needed, so I went and built it.

I have tested this and confirmed it is working on TBC classic.
