Global and character specific bars (or export/import single bars) #441

I love this addon but it's frustrating to have to set up new characters which will share the layout and some global bars. It's especially annoying when you change the global layout then have to set up each character afresh

Describe the solution you'd like to see implemented:

global bars and character specific bars

Describe alternatives you've considered:

export/import individual bars rather than the whole profile

I like this idea. I've been directly editing the savedvariables file to copy a skeleton setup to new characters. The possibility for global bars would be awesome for some of the novelty ones I have like mounts and toys.
