With these updates I'm working in 10.0 with no issues ... so far.

A bit unsure on some of these: frame.slideOut doesn't seem to exist anymore, so I've removed it. Not sure if there should be a replacement instead. Also assuming CASTING_BAR_HOLD_TIME should default to 0 if it's currently unset.
