Rename all objects from all-caps to pascal case for consistency #456

This is a part of my ever-continued attempts to bring some consistency to the formatting of this code. We've long dealt with ALL CAPS for the object names used by Neuron, and I figured it was time to modernize our code with a conversion to PascalCase.
