When neuron is enabled I cannot discard items by dragging outside a bag, nor by clicking an item in my bag and then clicking outside the bag.
How to reproduce:
2 options
click item in bag
click outside bag
or
drag item in bag to outside bag
Expected: item prompts to discard
Actual: item unselects

No errors are thrown.
This happens with JUST Neuron enabled.
I tried a /framestack with and without Neuron enabled, I don't see any additional frame that might be interfering.
