Queries on Taxonomy/Disease/Perturbation only query the top-level #22

If we match a taxonomy/disease/perturbation on the top level (which we will 
always do, since we 
are using a controlled vocabulary for the search terms), we should really do a 
sub-tree search to 
pull out all the structures that are children of the matched entity.
