home.action showing contrib settings link for guest when not logged in #29

Describe the general problem:

top right side of http://www.ebi.ac.uk/eurocarb/home.action
- guests shouldn't have account settings.

This only happens on the production system. Were there any changes made to the 
production system with respect to the instantiation of the default Contributor 
object?

Tried reproducing with the production database, and r1433, but couldn't 
reproduce the bug. It seems to have 
solved itself?

was fixed by server restart. haven't been able to reproduce the bug. think we 
have to
just keep an eye out for this one.
