contribute ms data - biological context #39

Hi,

The recent svn checkout does not allow user to go past the 
contribute_structure_bc.action. When I 
select a taxonomy and press next the input page is returned. Seems to work on 
ebi version

I need to modify my workflow to use the same layout etc.

There was a bug in 
Eurocarbdb/src/template/action/core/contribute_structure/success.ftl causing 
the 
freemarker parser to die.

Now works. Fixes in Rev 1563
