Evidence and structures should be saved in the same transaction #46

The data for an evidence entry should be saved along with the glycan
sequences assigned to it in the same transaction so as to prevent
"orphaned" data, which will cause problems elsewhere in the UI. Evidence
should always be associated with one or more sequences.
