Describe the problem in general terms:
V2 and V1.3 standalone have this same problem on Windows 7 32 bit using either
windows installer or zip installation. I have JRE 6 v 21 installed. The problem
is the following: when opening profiler structure dictionary and right mouse
button to "copy structure to canvas" there is a Java error and the copy is not
performed. I have attached the Java script output given when attempting these
actions. Occasionally the program crashes when you try to close the script
box which results in loss of data on canvas.
In Ver2 I also have noticed the structure orientation buttons do not appear to
work for glycan structures. You can re-orient one residues but not the entire
structure?
If the problem occurred through a browser, what was the URL that produced
the problem (copy and paste the full address from the browser)?
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open profiler and select in structure dictionary
2. Right mouse button select "copy to canvas"
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see structure copied to canvas, Instead error message and Java
script (attached)
