Remove lodash from table.js #484

Create joint/deepMerge.js
- Export it's code as ES module
Import deepMerge at table.js
Replace _.defaultsDeep() with deepMerge()
Replace _.each with forEach()
Remove lodash import from the top of the file
Fix some code format things here and there
