Erratic conky refresh and formatting issues #1147

First noticed conky monitoring and refresh presenting erratically (only updated once ever ~7 seconds, some times not at all). Restarted conky, formatting and color schemes are different than what's specified in conkyrc file.

Mem and CPU usage don't seem out of the ordinary and internet connection is otherwise normal.

Information Running Ubuntu 18.04, conky v 1.10.8

Config hasn't changed in months so omitting for now as a change to it isn't the issue.

Series of restarts seemed to have addressed the issue.
