Add outline to route #85

Using the offset function in #60, we should add two black lines on either side of the route to enhance it visually.

This is pretty significant as we need to convert the shape_points into geometry and ensure the lines are drawn correctly at each scale. Better to wait until a bigger redesign on the backend.
