Migrate search kafka monitoring info to kafka exporter metrics. Prometheus functions changed for ETC, ETH Dump/Contract Summary. Changed BTC Dump dashboard: grafana-btc-dump Changed BTC Contract Summary dashboard: grafana-btc-cs Changed BTC Pump dashboard. Added cache monitoring: grafana-cache

For Bitcoin Pump dashboard I am also interested what client is used - btcd or geth - to download blocks from the net, and what is its state (blocks processed) independent of Kafka. Because on my system btcd is the weakest point.
