Decimal bug fix #48

User Story

As a user, I would like to see normal looking numbers and not long strings of numbers after the decimal

AC

WHEN I view the single shop THEN I should only see one place after the decimal on the ratings.

Dev Notes

Need add in an additional function to reduce the average rating to a single decimal. Documentation can be found here
