Dear Team,

I wanted to express my deepest appreciation for creating such remarkable tools for predicting promoter-enhancer interactions. They have proven to be tremendously helpful!

I have a quick question about the use of the pipeline for different cell lines. Should I modify the "qnorm" parameter in the config.yaml file, specifically changing it from "reference/EnhancersQNormRef.K562.txt", when running the pipeline for other cell lines?

Thank you for your assistance!

Best, Jiecong

Hi Jiecong, No, you should not modify the qnorm parameter. Use the provided file Best, Jesse
