Running 1.generate-profiles/2.normalize with split:profile:plates:True, levels: single_cell and output_single_cell_by_guide: true.
Took ~15 hrs and 40-50% memory per plate for the single_cell normalization.
Took 35 hrs rising a bit with each plate up to 72 hrs and 15% memory for the output_single_cell_by_guide.
