Intepreting nuclei cellbender output #325

Hi,

Our group is attempting to trial different protocols for single nuclei 10x experiments from different tissues. I have run cellbender and I have gotten the inference result below. I am wondering how to intepret this. In the past I have gotten much cleaner results from cellbender when looking at cells (PMBCs) and I'm wondering if there's any parameters I could try tweaking in cellbender to make it more amenable to nuclei if that is indeed the issue.
