broadgdac_read_only group should be added to spaces created by *_new #3

The analyses_new and stddata_new scripts automatically adjust the set of groups/users with permissions to use or manipulate the spaces they create. To this set those scripts should now add the broadgdac_read_only group, too.

David, in the SOP workshop plan sent earlier I mentioned that we should scan through issues to see which have a strong likelihood of impacting new users of the SOP. I outlined several for me, and think this one is important for you (and should be easy).

No problem, by that do you mean I should add it to the defaults? Does it actually make more sense to add the Getz_Lab group by default, as the read_only group is primarily people that want to run our tools or use our reference files (which just now expanded to include the Getz_Lab group as well).
