The tool should not force the user to do extra work: but right now the default writes 2 tasks, so if one has a single code then one has to delete the task_n directory as well as its section within the WDL
pip install does not actually install the latest code unless you really ask it quite verbosely, so after I did so and got the latest version installed this went away
