Replace _copy with a numbered indication of an existing sample set with the same name. Example:

tumors_copy would be tumors_1
tumors_copy_copy would be tumors_2

Location of code where changes need to be made: PANOPLY/panda/panda-src/build-config.r

Multiple sample sets with the same name can be confusing. This behavior has been changed to delete the existing sample set after user confirmation.
