Check if config.yaml exists
Present a choice to the user
Based on choice entered,
- Retrieve groups.colors from config.yaml,
- Display this retrieved color scheme,
- Ask user if they want to keep it, and
- If they do, skip the default color setting; if they don't, use the default color setting
Proceed to the next step in the notebook (sample sub-set creation)

If config.yaml exists, and relevant input files are found, all user preferences are set -- including color scheme. Preferences can then be optionally changed using various code blocks.
