fix the script name in panoply_ssgsea_report #31

I am trying to run the panoply_ssgsea_report locally. It seems to me that there is no rmd-ssgsea.r in the docker image. Instead, there is a rmd-ssgsea.R script.

Alternatively, is it possible to push a new Docker image for panoply_ssgsea_report?

The broadcptacdev/panoply_ssgsea_report:latest docker has now been fixed to include the rmd-ssgsea.r file.
