Define and use the FireCloud data model to streamline handling of samples and sample subsets in PGDAC tasks and workflows.

"Te(rra) D(ata) M(odel) Int(egration)" or "tedmint" now,

Splits input data-sets into per-sample files
Creates Terra Workspace
Uploads split files and stores them in Terra using its data model (Participant, Sample)
Creates Groups files
Creates user-defined sample sets and corresponding aggregate files for Panoply runs
Uploads them on Terra
Sets up Sample-Sets on Terra
