Adds in two Dockerfiles for ADAPT. The first ("Dockerfile") builds ADAPT without cloud integration. The second ("cloudDockerfile") builds ADAPT with cloud integration and requires the first to be built already. The Dockerfiles allow ADAPT to be containerized into.a Docker image, which may then be used to run ADAPT.
