Currently, the README examples only work with installing ADAPT directly from the source.
For the Lassa fever example, this can be resolved by adding instructions to download the file.
For the Cas13a TF models, this can be resolved by adding them manually to the package and adding an argument to design.py to use our Cas13 TF models.
