add pooled to folder docs #32

Hi Erin!

I took a look at your additions and I only have a few comments/suggestions:

  1. Not sure if this is worth mentioning for Arrayed CP, but I have had this happen twice so might be worth including something like this when talking about plate folders: "If there are multiple images taken for the same plate (e.g., two measurements with different settings), it is recommended that these are processed separate and each set of plates be treated as its own batch."
  2. Under Pooled cell painting: “barcoding cycle folders should end with _SBS- where n is the barcoding cycle (e.g. _SBS-1 or _SBS-12).” — use n for n
  3. When describing metadata, Pooled has a different organization: Metadata > BATCH_ID > Barcodes.csv and metadata.json
  4. For pooled, there are also the lambda and monitors folders but I assume those are not necessary for cell painting gallery (?).

Thanks Rebecca! .1- I think that is certainly something we want documented somewhere, but I'm not sure requiring it for cpg structure is the best place. .4- I think those are fine to leave out
