• cpg0000-jump-pilot: https://github.com/jump-cellpainting/2023_Chandrasekaran_submitted (it was https://github.com/jump-cellpainting/pilot-cpjump1-data but then @niranjchandrasekaran reprocessed; we should mark pilot-cpjump1-data as outdated, right @niranjchandrasekaran ?)

• cpg0016-jump: instead of calling this a data repo, let's call it a resource repo because it doesn't contain data but rather points to it https://github.com/jump-cellpainting/datasets
