1 month ago (I'm going to merge without review because I would like a new collaborator to be able to see the formatted version of this new doc in with our other documentation, but feel free to still comment/review/suggest changes.)
@shntnu I believe this can replace the stub you put in the wiki (the part that wasn't already replaced by #87)
