Added list command #233

Added list command that optionally colors output by status and updates the submission database if so requested.

One addtional change i just remembered is to remove the "Comming Soon" wording in the ReadMe for the list command.

Display a list jobs submitted through cromshell [COMING SOON] list [-c] [-u] -c Color the output by completion status -u Check completion status of all unfinished jobs
