1 year ago - ArchR will run only once, with default filters of TSS >=4 and minFrags >=1000. If less than 1000 barcodes exist after filtering, the task will create a new Arrow file with TSS >=4 and minFrags >=500.
- Bumped Seurat to v4.3.0 in ArchR and Seurat task to handle installation problems
- Removed ArchR 'strict' call
