Documentation needs to be updated for the jamboree
10x is working for most of the datasets
Need testing on the full bone marrow
Can supply docker images to all the atac tasks and most of the rna
Removed the old scripts, dockers, subwf
Dockerfiles are all working(hopefully)

@emattei resolved some branch conflicts while merging.

However, docker image check is failing - do we not need dockerfiles/share_task_bam2bed.dockerfile anymore? If not I can remove it from the dockerbuild.

there was an extra docker-image.yml file in .github/workflows, which was attempting to build bam2bed docker. Removed it.
