Update Epi25 data #68

Resolves https://github.com/broadinstitute/gnomad-browser-team/issues/30

Update pipeline to process new data, and update browser to display new data for Epi25.

Used 'Update BipEx data' (https://github.com/broadinstitute/exome-results-browsers/commit/d4c2101ab92776a36e019a785cf31dd136bddff9) as a sample for how to manipulate incoming data in GRCh38.

Having used the BipEx update as a model, I have poked around every link and page I can find on Epi25 and it looks stable to my eyes in a local instnace.
