mop deletes files saved in arrays in Terra #153

Hi, I've found that fissfc mop deletes files saved in arrays in the Terra data model. For example, in the GTEx STAR aligner method, mop would delete the log files stored in the "logs" output variable.

This is reproducible in v0.16.27 and v0.16.30
