Push to gvs repo in broad-dsde-methods rather than variantstore.
Fix the way image IDs are discovered.
Support both alpine and non-alpine image types, setting up support for plink2.

Successful integration run here.

Any guidance on pushing the variant's gatk docker?

Nope! That has not changed, not sure it will either since we're basically piggybacking on the GATK team's work for that.
