At present, during Broad-internal operation the log files (for gdc_dice, gdc_report, etc) are written to a directory path that does not contain the "GDC program".
This was not an issue when operating upon only TCGA data, but will make things confusing when new programs like CPTAC etc are integrated into the gdac_data tree.
