Apply selected display format to graph axis #102

Currently, numbers on the graphs' y axis are always shown in scientific notation, regardless of which display format is selected.

With the automatically generated axis ticks, the length of the tick labels vary in length when using the fraction format. To avoid this, could use axis ticks/labels like "1/1K" "1/10K", etc.
