Add a column for loss of function curation #109

Please add a column for loss of function curation in the variant table pulling in those values from gnomAD.

Thinking out loud... this will probably have to be implemented similar to ClinVar, where we occasionally import the LoF curation data and tag variant lists with the date of the curation info they were annotated with.

This field does not appear in the Download variants table. Can this be added to the table as well?
