Include Gene Name as well as ENSEMBL ID #114

Can you put the gene name as well as the ID in the details at the top of the page?

Gene: GENE NAME [ENSG00000148606.8]

We only started storing gene symbols fairly recently (early July, 84e9812b8249dcbbf91cd14d111f443bb7f6a4c3). For variant lists created before that, we only have the gene ID.

Currently, it the gene field displays the gene symbol (if available) or the gene ID. We can have it display both.

That is ok if its only for genes moving forwards. It would be great if it could display both. Thanks!
