When I selected Print on browser the methods text seemed to cut off at Population and subpopulation inference and all the text after that gets cut off. Example: https://website-sauthoia2q-uc.a.run.app/variant-lists/ad0b2d49-dcb2-436d-8eb4-794052a4c1f7/ HPS3 - PLP Aggregate Frequency Calculator.pdf

I think this is fixed. It seemed like it wasn't happening every time, so I'm not 100% sure.
