Set up production domain #128

Set up a more user friendly domain.

Looks like the way to map this domain to the Cloud Run service is with a global HTTPS load balancer. https://cloud.google.com/run/docs/mapping-custom-domains

@sambaxter what domain would you like to use? I assume a Broad subdomain (prevalence-calculator.broadinstitute.org, etc)?

genetic-prevalence-calculator.broadinstitute.org

The working name for the beta is "genetic prevalence calculator" and should be updated on the upper left hand side of the home page.

Also a reminder to make the URL only available if you have the link and not let people browse for it.

Sorry just documenting here that we have changed this. The domain will now be genie.broadinstitute.org and the name is GeniE, the Genetic Prevalence Estimator.

Also just wanted to be clear that anyone with a google account should be able to login even if they don't have a Broad email.
