Update user support email #132

In the configuration for the OAuth consent screen, my email is currently listed as the "User support email". We should change this to a Google Group, but it will only allow me to use a Google Group that I manage.

I set up the google group prev-genie@broad, could you use that for this?

Yes. I had to be a manager of the group in order to use it for the support email.
