From a brief glance at the behavior, and as a note to myself for later:
The frequencies that appear to be used to render the bars when the box is unchecked are those of the genetic sub ancestry groups of the East Asian genetic ancestry group. Those also appear to be the two stored prior in the list.
This is likely a matter of double checking the right indices from the array are used to render both the table and the graph.
Anne found a bug in v2 lists. When you unselect "include subcontinental populations" the carrier frequency and prevalence drop. The chart stays the same, its just the graph that changes. Below are some screenshots of the example.
