Bug in the allele frequency brought into GeniE #229

I found a variant where the AF,and AN did not match what is on the gnomAD browser: GeniE image

I tried trouble shooting but couldn't figure out a reason.

This turned out to be an issue in the gnomAD browser's display, not GeniE.

Closing in favor of https://github.com/broadinstitute/gnomad-browser/issues/1540
