Fixes #167

First pass implementation of the feature that allows users to group variants into custom categories

Users can:

Tag variants by 1 to 4 different group tags
Rename the group tags, by default they are Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D through the Edit Tags button

I would appreciate any feedback on the UI while I continue to develop the visualization of these groups as observed in the bar charts! (or should that be a separate feature?)

Follow up from standup:

the tag column is reactive to the cell sizes, causing a distortion in the columns shifting the whole table
