Activation of user when added to list #75

I added Anne to a list but I had not yet added her as a user. When I went to the user page she was set to inactive, I had to manually change her to active. Is the plan to send out an email to have people to let them know they have been added to a list, confirm their email and that activates them? Or was that a bug?

If the plan is to send a confirmation email let me know if you need email language.

The current behavior isn't all that well thought out. It was mostly to keep tight control on who could login in and use the app during development. We could loosen those restrictions and allow anyone who is added by another user or anyone at all.

It would be nice to have email notifications sent when you're added to a list. However, that would probably require setting up an account with some 3rd party email service.
