Add changelog entry for gnomAD v2 RMC release #135

Would it be possible to get some help embedding some screenshots into this changelog entry (possibly from @rileyhgrant)?

Hiya KC

I added a commit to this to add an image with a caption. I figure it's probably easiest just to have an example of adding an image.

I know Phil is also going to hop on and help out with blog post staging, def let us know if you need any other figures or anything else. Thanks for being so patient on the image embedding front.
