Resolves #76

gnomAD News is changed to gnomAD browser and now redirects to the browser home page
- Browser has been removed from the header, as the standard gnomAD browser is now the route to the gnomAD home page
Changelog has been moved to be before News in the header
Changelog and News both have gained brief descriptions on their respective pages, clarifying the difference between the two pages.

Oops yeah, that makes sense. I may have misinterpreted - will change.
