Update gene models table links #1627

The paths to the browser gene models Hail Tables appear to be the incorrect links on the Downloads page (https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/downloads#v4-browser-tables and https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/downloads#v2-browser-tables):

gs://gcp-public-data--gnomad/resources/grch38/genes/gnomad.genes.GRCh38.GENCODEv39.ht
gs://gcp-public-data--gnomad/resources/grch37/genes/gnomad.genes.GRCh37.GENCODEv19.ht

The correct paths are:
